If you’re anything like me, you have a strong desire to travel. You want your experiences to be memorable, and for your vacations to be all that you dreamed of and more.
Hey there… I’m Anne.
I know your leisure time is valuable.
I’m here to help you get the most out of it, with the least amount of your own time invested into making that happen. I do that by planning amazing vacations, and taking care of every detail.
My wanderlust is genetic; it was a gift from my parents who are both travellers and who met travelling Europe (my mom is Canadian and my dad is from New Zealand). I dreamed of travel growing up and I was off on my first solo international adventure not long after I finished high school.
During a year backpacking and working in New Zealand I met my husband, who just happens to be English (and the cycle continues). My husband and I are both world travellers and we can’t imagine a life without exploration. For us, travel is the spontaneity and exploration that balances the routine and responsibilities of our day-to-day life.
Obviously, I have retired my backpacking lifestyle, but the world traveller was here to stay. Gibbons Travel Consulting allows me to share one of my deepest passions with others by helping their travel dreams be realized.
Vacation planning is no longer stressful or time consuming. Those trips that you’ve had the best intentions to go on come to life.
I find so much joy in creating tailor-made travel experiences for others because that means I get to understand what matters to you, and make it happen!
Let’s work together to take you on those amazing adventures that have your name all over it. Your only responsibility is to show up and enjoy it. That sounds like a pretty sweet deal!
Always choose adventure,
fun facts about me
I am the oldest of four siblings and we are tight! I mean, we do everything together. It is almost a little weird.
This is my crew.
I am a mom to two little kiddos. And my family travel bucket list is already a mile long (top of the list is a New Zealand road trip, Great Barrier reef in Australia, and an African safari).
I jokingly refer to myself as a Canadian Kiwi, I have dual citizenship (Canada and New Zealand) and my husband is from England (Greater Manacher to be specific), and we met over a decade ago travelling in New Zealand.
I am a high-functioning introvert. I enjoy spending time by myself. Movies... Eating out... Travelling.
I am a voracious reader (also, I enjoy words like voracious).
I love seafood. Any chance that I get to eat fresh seafood I jump on it. It might have something to do with growing up in a landlocked province (Saskatchewan is about as far from the ocean as you can get).
